Advance rental is charged based on package selected and in case of extension advance payment to be done. Daily , weekly and monthly package are offered in car rental . Also long term leasing is offered with attractive package and termination clause is charged if early return. Deposit refund will be done only after 30 days from the date of return regardless duration of rental . Pre-authorization from credit card is only a block and will be released in 15 to 21 working days. Fuel level during check out should be same when it is replaced or return to avoid extra charge of fuel with the service fee. If any new damage is reported in the vehicle the estimate will be charged. For monthly rentals there is mileage cap and for extra kilometer there is additional charge. If return early on the first month rental there is no refund on the remaining days. Also tarriff rate will apply as daily and weekly based o usage. Damage without insurance coverage will be invoice failing to provide police report. Customer is liable to pay the rental if there is damage in the vehicle and police report is not provided and the rental will continue till we will not get the final police report or court verdict. Any add-on's if availed will be charge additional example baby seat , additional driver etc.

Salik is UAE electronic toll system which will be charged dynamically based on the hours and it will be added in the bill with the service charge.

Yes, basic insurance (third-party) is usually included. However,full insurance option can be availaed by paying extra cost. Police report is mandatory for in all cases if any damage if full insurance is purchased on basic insurance. Excess insurance charges will apply in case if the police report is "Client at Fault " , " Unknown damage " --Hit and run police report is obtained. Home country license should be more than 2 year if new UAE license is issued less than 6 months to avoid extra charge . UAE license should be more than 6 months to avoid extra charge. To avail full insurance on rented cars UAE license should be more than 6 months if not home country license to be provided which is 2 years old . Home country license should be more than 2 years if on visit visa. Insurance will not cover if the vehicle is driven under the influence of Alchol which is consider as drunk and driven case. If vehicle is driven in water ponds during rain insurance will not cover in such cases.

Traffic fines in UAE will be charged with the additional knowledge fee. Direct payment of traffic fines by users is not allowed. Direct payment will be debited to customers once traffic fine offense is added and invoice is done .
